FEED MILL

Production Manager:

• Managing the whole activity of the factory with the help of the managerial team, ensuring cost effectivenes in all activities maintaining the quality standards.

Experience Miller:

• Primary Objectives:                                
  

         Assisting the Production Manager with management and control of feed production related issues and coordination of different sections related to 

         production. 

• Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:                                             

         Planning of daily production in co-ordination with the distribution department.               

         Formulation of feeds in accordance with the standards and customer requirements.                    

         Ensuring that all quality standards are maintained.                        

         Controlling the activities of the departments under him.                             

         Monitoring the raw material stock and follow the ordering procedure.                

         Ensuring the factory is kept neat and tidy.                          

         Helping the Manager (A&D) in the administration of the factory.   

• Qualifications and experience required:                              

         Graduation in animal nutrition / feed technology                                           

         Experience in feed mill Management

Industrial Mechanics:

• Main responsibility to install repair, and maintain industrial machinery, experience required

Industrial Electricains

• Main responsibility to install, repair, and maintain electrical installations, experience required

Maintenance Supervisors

• Assisting maintenance manager in the following management and control of maintenance of equipment, vehicles of the factory.                                                      Establishing and ensuring proper system of preventive maintenance. Organizing, erection and running of the projects under

         expansion program.

FLOUR MILL

Production Manager:

• Managing the whole activity of the factory with the help of the managerial team, ensuring cost effectivenes in all activities maintaining the quality standards. Experience in a similar position within the flour industry is equired.

Experienced Bakery Consultant Flour Mill:

• As an experienced bakery consultant your task will be a link to advise and help bakeries improve on the techniques of baking bread, croissants, pastries,
  cakes and possible other flour related products.

• Your aim is to increase flour sales through assistance and guidance of techniques of effective flour application in bakeries and related business fields.

• You have at least a bachelors degree and a strong background and experience in flour milling, including types of milling, efficiency of milling, and quality improvement of flour milling.

• You have excellent communication and social skills. You are a true connector that with a strong flour milling and bakery background, who has a rich knowledge of the industry as a whole. You have the ability to genuinely create customer satisfaction. You are the constructive link between the company
  and bakeries.

• You are familiar with quality control within the flour industry and can interpret test results.

• You will report directly to the production manager with feedback on the industry and will contribute to the increase of the quality of our products.

  
  

Industrial Mechanics:

Maintenance Supervisors

• Assisting maintenance manager in the following management and control of maintenance of equipment, vehicles of the factory.                                                      Establishing and ensuring proper system of preventive maintenance. Organizing, erection and running of the projects under

         expansion program.

Quality Control Manager

• Managing raw materials and ingredients as well finished products are conform set standards and specifications.
  Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) respecting hygiene compliance and ensuring and monitoring food safety measures are being carried out . Evaluate research and improvement of the quality of flour and minimize costs.
  Implementing process checks, further developing them and monitoring and recommending process checks.
  Align quality control objective with site requirements and central QA/QC team to maintain product safety, quality, reliability and minimize cost.
  Required problem solving and analytical skills. A thorough knowledge of the flour industry's quality control and food safety management in conjunction with good communication and people management skills in required. Have problem solving and analytical skills while maintaining a result oriented and technology driven approach.
  

HATCHERY (broilers & layer one day old chicks)

Hatchery Technician

• Assisting the hatchery manager and control of maintenance of hatchery equipment, vehicles. Affinity and experience in maintenance with hatchery

         equipment is a must.       

NAPRO GROUP

IT Staff

• Assistant to the IT Manager that is responsible for IT related matters, server & interface management of different production facilities in the group, ensuring and updating high level security as well as securing data safely, and various tasks as process control, ERP control, networking and security.
  

EDIBLE OIL FILLING PLANT

Plant Manager Bottle Filling

• Managing the whole activity of the factory with the help of the managerial team, ensuring cost effectiveness in all activities maintaining the quality standards for oil bottling.

• To manage production activities with the whole production team with the overall responsibility for handling of the plant, planning, production, maintenance.
• To look after the planning and implementation of maintenance activities of the all the equipment to ensure a good production and minimum down time. Monitoring and troubleshooting of the problems faced during the normal operation of the plant.
• Ensuring and monitoring of quality and hygiene standards.
• Quality control for finished products, from packaging to quality, and sampling for lab testing
  
• Close monitoring of all kind of losses like filling loss and packaging material losses during the operation
• Experience required bottle filling as well as edible oils as an industry
• Experience with Kosme (Krones) equipment would be desired
  
  

Machine Operators (2 positions)

• molding machine

EDIBLE OIL REFINERY(for edible table oils)

Plant Manager

• Managing the whole activity of the factory with the help of the managerial team, ensuring cost effectivenes in all activities maintaining the quality standards. for both oil refining and oil bottling.
  

Plant Operator 

• Controlling of daily operations related edible oild refining processes and oil bottle filling. Ensuring the procedures are followed as decided by the management.

Industrial Mechanics:

• Main responsibility to install repair, and maintain industrial machinery, experience required with edible oil refining equipment as well as bottle filling machinery.

Industrial Electricains

• Main responsibility to install, repair, and maintain electrical installations, experience required with edible oil refining equipment as well as bottle filling machinery.

Maintenance Supervisors

• Assisting maintenance manager in the following management and control of maintenance of equipment, vehicles of the factory.                                                      Establishing and ensuring proper system of preventive maintenance. Organizing, erection and running of the projects under

         expansion program, experience required with edible oil refining equipment as well as bottle filling machinery.

Additional information for the above positions:

• Working location: Tripoli, Libya
• Contract:  2 years renewable contract
• Working days: weekly 1 day off, every 2 years 60 days leave including ticket (for senior management positions other rules apply)

• Food allowance: monthly (senior management is excluded from this)
